This policy outlines how apps published through App Publishing Center (APC) protect children and young people. It applies to all apps listed on Google Play that may be accessed by users under 18, especially Gaming, Family, and Educational apps.

Age-appropriate design

  • Apps default to the safest settings for child users
  • Personal data collection from children is minimized and only collected with verifiable parental consent
  • No behavioral advertising or profiling directed at children

Content and conduct

  • Content is rated and filtered to prevent exposure to harmful or age-inappropriate material
  • Social features include moderation, reporting, and block tools
  • Direct messaging from unknown adults is restricted in child-facing apps

Parental tools

Parents and guardians can request account deletion, review collected data, and manage permissions. App owners must provide a clear in-app contact for parental inquiries.

Reporting concerns

If you believe a published app is harmful to children or violates safeguarding rules, contact APC immediately via WhatsApp so we can escalate to the app owner and Google Play if required.
